The final measurement of snow on Wednesday was 13 inches. The roads were still a mess on Thursday. A nineteen mile backup on the interstate about 40 minutes from here made The News Hour on PBS.It was great to be snowed in, I got lots of sewing done. I got all the rows assembled. My husband was home from work and he commented that I was busy as a beaver. And I wasn't even doing laundry!
Today I am sewing the strips together to complete the top. Then I'll have the borders to add, but it is really fun to see the top nearly complete.
